我們希望尋找一位擁有紮實數據科學基礎，並具有豐富國內外衛生政策研究或落地經驗的研究人員:

• 為推動衛生政策轉譯研究，並與衛福部各司署合作衛生政策研析與成效評估，本所亟需延攬具衛生政策研究及轉譯、醫療經濟學、醫療科技評估及衛生政策成本效益評估相關研究之人才。
• 為推動本院精準醫療與健康大數據研究，發展多體學巨量資料運算、醫療影像辨識、藥物/疫苗開發等AI創新加值應用。本所亟需延攬利用人工智慧推動生物醫學相關研究之人才，能夠為開創性研究做出貢獻，並對公共衛生和精準醫療領域產生顯著效益。

職位要求：

• 擁有衛生經濟學和衛生政策的深厚背景/專注於醫療科技評估（HTA/HTR）和成本效益分析（CEA）/資源分配和疾病風險預測模型。
• 擁有資訊科學、統計學或生物資訊學的深厚背景/在生物醫學研究中應用人工智慧的經驗/開發新的人工智慧演算法和統計方法的能力/具有處理大規模生物資料庫或世代研究資料的經驗。

The Institute of Population Health Sciences at the National Health Research Institutes in Taiwan is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join our faculty as an Assistant Investigator, Associate Investigator, or Investigator. Position Requirements:

• Strong background in Health Economics and Health Policy / Focus on Health Technology Assessment/Reassessment (HTA/HTR) and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) / Predictive modeling for resource allocation and disease management.
• Strong background in computer science, statistics, and/or bioinformatics/ Experience in applying AI in biomedical research / Ability to develop new AI algorithms and statistical methods / Experience with large-scale biobank or cohort data.

【徵才條件】合於下列資格之一者：
1. 在公立大學院校或教育部立案之私立大學或獨立學院，或本院認可之國外大學或獨立學院獲得博士學位，成績優異者。
2. 在公立大學院校或教育部立案之私立大學或獨立學院任助理教授以上，或本院認可之國外大學或獨立學院任助理教授以上，曾在本院認可之國內、外研究機構或產業界從事研究發展工作五年以上，有重要成績者。
