我的實驗室致力於研究微生物感染、癌症侵襲和自體免疫反應的關鍵受體，並生產抗體作為治療性藥物。由於纖維化是慢性炎症的後果，並會導致器官功能障礙，因此我們也生產免疫調節劑，將巨噬細胞分化成M2，以促進組織修復。 (Host-Pathogen Interactions, Cancer immunology, Tissue repair and regeneration, Immunoageing)

1. 以化學分子的尺度理解生物超分子的自我和他我之間的相互作用與疾病的關連性，希望以此根基為尚無藥物可用的疾病，提供一個新藥物設計的思維及對策。 2. 以現有生物相容性的生醫材料為基礎於奈米劑型中植入免疫佐劑及抗癌藥物來進行癌症轉移的研究。 3. 以高解析度動態原子力顯微鏡搭配各種顯微術，探討高齡慢性發炎與細胞膜凝聚體好發的機率。 (1. Understanding the interactions between self and non-self at the scale of chemical molecules within biological supramolecules and their relevance to diseases. Based on this foundation, I aim to provide innovative strategies and approaches for drug design targeting diseases that currently lack effective treatments. 2. Conducting research on cancer metastasis by incorporating immune adjuvants and anticancer drugs into nanodrug formulations, using existing biocompatible biomedical materials as a basis. 3. Investigating the likelihood of chronic inflammation in aging and the formation of cellular membrane aggregates using high-resolution dynamic atomic force microscopy combined with various microscopy techniques.)
