Successful candidates are expected to establish and lead internationally competitive and innovative research programs aligned with the mission of IMGM. We particularly encourage applications from scientists whose research focuses on one or more of the following areas: 1. Functional genomics and biology focused on the prediction, prevention, or treatment of chronic diseases (e.g., cancer, diabetes, obesity, kidney disease, metabolic syndrome, ageing) and rare diseases. 2. Application of Artificial Intelligence and biomedical big data to precision medicine. 3. Development and application of cell and gene therapy technologies. Investigators will also have opportunities to engage in collaborative and interdisciplinary research programs across NHRI and with national and international partners.
